Semillon in the Sun: Serving of 3 Oysters 3 different ways + Glass of Wine | 21st November, Cellar Door Pokolbin

Join us for our Semillon in the Sun event at our cellar door in the Hunter Valley, overlooking the Brokenback Mountains.

Date: Saturday, 21st November 2026
Time: Food available for collection from 12pm. 
What's Included:  3 Appellation oysters: 1x Natural with lemon, 1x shallot and sherry vinaigrette and 1x cooked on the hibachi with katsuboushi butter served with a glass of our Semillon 

Prepared fresh on the day, the oysters are designed to be enjoyed as a part of our Semillon in the Sun event.

Terms & Conditions:
Food pre-orders are non-refundable but they are transferable so if you can't make it, please advise of us of who will be taking your place. We have an indoor wet weather option so this event will go ahead, whatever the weather.
