Shipping policy

We deliver products Australia wide using Aramex as our preferred delivery service. Australia Post will be used for all Post Office Box and Parcel Collect services and for some regional areas.

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Spend $250 or more to receive free shipping Australia wide.

Dispatch Timing & Delays

Orders are dispatched within two business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Any delays caused by the delivery company is unfortunately outside of our control. While we will do our best to help resolve any issues caused by the delivery companies, during extremely busy times (ie.e Black Friday or Christmas) timeline estimates could change due to unexpected delays.

Order Tracking

After you place your online order, first you will receive an order confirmation and then we will pack your order and send you a shipment confirmation with your tracking number. This can be used once the parcel has been scanned in by the courier company. Allow up to 24 hours for this to activate.

International Shipping

Should you require international shipping, please send us a note via our Contact form or call us on +612 4998 7134  to discuss availability and fees.

We work closely with Get Freighted for International shipments. You can purchase your wines via us and we can arrange for your shipment to be sent through Get Freighted.
