Our 'Village' blend is made by utilising select parcels of old vine Hunter Valley Semillon, from various sites that we are fortunate enough to have access to. The distinctive characters of each vineyard work together in Synergy to deliver a wine with attractive citrus and tropical aromas and a gentle acidity. A great quality Hunter Semillon at an outstanding value for money price.

Winemaking Overview

  • In the Vineyard

    The majority of the 2025 Synergy Semillon blend is from our Braemore vineyard (approximately 70%), with the balance from the Oakey Creek and Fordwich Hill vineyards.

  • In the Winery

    Part of what makes all our single-vineyard wines such benchmarks for the region is the absolute no-compromise approach to selecting only the very best parcels. This leaves behind a number of ‘declassified' parcels which we put together to create this blend.

Tasting Notes

  • Appearance & Aroma

    Vibrant pale lemon colour with a light green hue.

    The nose is true to varietal and showing plenty of grapefruit, nashi and jackfruit notes.

  • Palate & Finish

    The palate is crisply dry with an immediate drinkability showing generous lemon myrtle, honeydew, Tahitian lime and lemongrass notes with hints of dried ginger and saffron. It’s a juicy style with plenty of length and flavour with a subliminally taut acidity providing a pleasing freshness to the finish.
    An absolutely perfect accompaniment to fresh seafood dishes. Seriously smashable!

Drink now or within 1-2 years. The 2025 vintage has provided a wondefully generous and approachable style making this wine particularly enjoyable as a youngster.
