Let's Cut Loose. It's time to get out and about, and what better excuse is there than to celebrate the release of another outstanding vintage of Hunter Valley Shiraz.
In true "Thommo style" Andrew Thomas will be celebrating the release of his range of the outstanding 2019 vintage of Shiraz over a long leisurely lunch in Pokolbin, and he'd love you to join him. He's enlisted the help of Chef Sam Alexander and Sommelier Pat Hester, of local favourite Yellow Billy, to create a banquet from the fire pit for the occasion.
The meaty banquet will include a four course menu beginning with Semillon, featuring nine outstanding 2019 Thomas Wines Shiraz and finishing with a Kiss from the Provenance list.
The full range of 2019 Shiraz are officially released Saturday 1st May, and we expect unprecedented demand. This is an opportunity not to be missed.
