Five Years Running: Most Successful Exhibitor at the Hunter Valley Boutique Wine Show

We’re delighted to share that Thomas Wines received five trophies and eight gold medals at the 2026 Hunter Valley Boutique Wine Show, presented last Friday.

Among them was the trophy for Most Successful Exhibitor, an honour we’ve now received every year since its introduction in 2022. Five consecutive years is a milestone we’re particularly proud of, reflecting the work that goes into our wines across the range.

Four of our wines received Top Gold and a trophy in their respective classes:

2026 Braemore Semillon

2024 Nova Shiraz Touriga

2025 Black Cluster Shiraz

2025 Nova Shiraz Touriga

A further four wines were awarded gold medals:

2025 The Dam Block Shiraz

2023 Sweetwater Ridge Shiraz

2019 Elenay Shiraz

2018 Sweetwater Shiraz

It’s especially pleasing to see both vintages of our Nova Shiraz Touriga recognised, alongside Braemore and Black Cluster. With gold medals spanning our latest releases and older vintages, there’s plenty to celebrate across the cellar.

For Thommo, Dan and the whole Thomas Wines team, these results are a lovely acknowledgement of the care that begins in the vineyard and carries through to every bottle.
