Join us for our Spring Semersion event at our cellar door in the Hunter Valley, overlooking the Brokenback Mountains.

Date: Saturday, 6th September 2025
Time: Food available for collection from 12pm. 
What's Included:  6 freshly shucked oysters, with a selection of seasonal dressings

Prepared fresh on the day, the oysters are designed to be enjoyed as a part of our Spring Semersion event.

Additional food will be available to order on the day but we highly recommend pre-ordering your oysters. We will have additional for sale on the day but only until sold out.

Terms & Conditions:
Food pre-orders are non-refundable but they are transferable so if you can't make it, please advise of us of who will be taking your place. We have an indoor wet weather option so this event will go ahead, whatever the weather.
