Let the Hunter Valley’s three-time Winemaker of the Year Andrew “Thommo” Thomas take you on a journey in and around Semillon at this spring’s special release series SEMERSION. Create your own journey through 9 new release Semillons and graze at your leisure on some delicious seafood canapes while taking in the spectacle of Sydney Harbour.

This is a fun and informal Saturday afternoon Semillon session, why not grab your gang and make an afternoon of it or pop in anytime between 2pm-5pm for post-lunch or pre-dinner drinks!

Best to allow approximately one hour to taste through the new-release wines.
