Thomas Wines presents a series of #semsational sessions celebrating the release of our 2012 Cellar Reserve Braemore Semillon and featuring our range of 2018 Single Vineyard Semillons.
Join Thommo at the Sydney Seafood Markets Cooking School on Thursday 27 September to learn the basics of Japanese Cooking. This is a hands on class with the Seafood School Team taking you step by step through the recipes & techniques to make a free form seafood sushi, and a dashi broth with poached Harpuka.
Once you've mastered these we'll sit to enjoy your hard work with our range of Semillon.
Thommo will be there to greet you at 5.30pm with a glass of Semillon and Canape, before everyone starts the class at 6pm.
