Thomas Wines presents a series of #semsational sessions celebrating the release of our 2012 Cellar Reserve Braemore Semillon and featuring our range of 2018 Single Vineyard Semillons.

On Saturday 22 September we are joining Head Chef Meena Throngkumpola at Long Chim.

Chef Meena will take us through a range of Thai seafood dishes and techniques. Once we've mastered these we'll enjoy the spoils of our hard work with our range of Semillon.
