The winemaker behind this committed Semillon and Shiraz only wine brand, Andrew Thomas, will join us for an indulgent evening of just that, Seafood and Semillon. Five courses of pristine local seafood will be perfectly matched with 5 outstanding Hunter Valley Semillons all from the Thomas Wines stable.
